Biokineticists are specialists in biomechanics and movement analysis. By working with a bioconticist, I am able to gain a deeper understanding of my clients' movement patterns and help identify imbalances or weaknesses that may be impacting their performance or putting them at risk of injury. By incorporating this knowledge into my coaching. Physiotherapists, on the other hand, are experts in injury prevention and rehabilitation. If a client comes to me with an injury or pain, I will work closely with a physiotherapist to develop a rehabilitation plan that will allow the client to continue their training safely and effectively. By collaborating with physiotherapists, I am able to ensure that my clients receive the best possible care and support throughout their recovery journey.
